Everything was good, elegant and well-designed room with kitchen. The food was decent and there were lots of dishes in the menu.

The hotel was in a central location very close to restaurants. Moreover, it's just next door to the Taksim square, and istiklal street.

The overall atmosphere was quiet, even so some staff members were very rude. Liked the location that was nice and excellent and really close to shopping centers, restaurant options for quick snacks and Nishantashi.

Stayed in Wheelchair Accessible room with large double bed, a shower and very clean bathroom, it worked well for me.

The location was absolutely amazing, with an incredible selection of shops, restaurants, and food markets right at our doorstep. The metro station was also conveniently close, just a short 6-7 minute walk away. The room itself was cleaned daily and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to find an electric kettle and tea/coffee packets in the room, which was a nice touch. However, what really made our stay memorable was the exceptional staff. Amin at reception went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. He was incredibly helpful and kind, always willing to assist us with anything we needed. From helping us with our luggage during check-in and check-out, to ordering a taxi for our early morning airport transfer, he truly made us feel like valued guests. The entire staff was also friendly and always asked if there was anything they could do to help. In all my travels, I have never encountered a more helpful and friendly hotel staff. Thank you for making our stay so incredible!

it's fairly clean with a central location near a major conference center.

Magnificent and ideal location in Istanbul, not far from a fashionable shopping and restaurant district mostly patronised by Istanbul residents, the conference center and Trams. Again, 15 minutes walk from a multi-purpose stadium. Early check-in, well-designed rooms with kitchen, fridge. Lots of reasonable breakfast options.

The place had a quiet atmosphere. The room was elegant and spotless, with an electric kettle, a fridge and glassware.

The location is central, near the taksim square, many shops and restaurants as well as the transport and tourist hub of Taksim. Also, we visited a cobblestone street, located at a medium distance from the hotel.

Particularly good and excellent location minutes away from shopping centres and a market. Great trip in this very nice area. Spotless room, set minutes away from an underground station.

The rooms are spotless with bathroom, garden view. Good and magnificent location to the bus station or the train station makes it perfect for celebrating birthday.

We really enjoyed the convenience of the suite available with a large balcony and fridge and double sofa bed. This hotel was located in a central area very close to a fashionable shopping and famous Taksim square, and many great restaurant and shops.

This is an affordable fairly clean hotel providing spotless and nice styled rooms. It has unbeatable central location near to bus station. And it's nestled in a nice building short walk to a major conference center as well as the airport.
